VIP Club Membership & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the Amor Sample VIP Club, operated by AMG Brands LLC ("Amor Sample", "we", "us"). By joining the VIP Club you agree to the terms below. They form part of our Terms of Service.

The short version

What it is: an optional paid membership that gives you VIP member pricing and other member benefits.
What it costs: $39.95 USD per month, plus any applicable tax.
How billing works: it is a recurring subscription. Your card is charged $39.95 every month on your billing date until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no contract.
How to cancel: any time, in under a minute, online from the Manage Membership page, by email, or by phone. No fees, no questions asked. See How to cancel.
Buying a dress does not make you a member. Membership is a separate, clearly labelled choice at checkout. You can buy any dress at the regular price without joining.

1. What the VIP Club is

The VIP Club is a paid monthly membership. Members receive:

VIP member pricing — $20 off the regular price of every dress, every time you order, for as long as your membership is active.
Early access to new arrivals and limited drops before they are released to everyone else.
Priority customer care — member emails are answered first.

Membership benefits are personal to you and may not be resold or shared. Member pricing applies to dresses purchased on amorsample.com while your membership is active and in good standing.

2. Joining

You can only join the VIP Club by actively choosing it at checkout. Before you join, the price ($39.95/month), the fact that it renews automatically every month until cancelled, and how to cancel are shown to you, and you must affirmatively select the membership option. We never add membership to an order automatically, and it is never pre-selected for you.

When you join you will receive a confirmation email that repeats the price, the billing frequency, your next billing date, and step-by-step cancellation instructions. Keep it for your records.

3. Billing

Your first membership charge of $39.95 is made on the day you join. Your membership then renews automatically every month on the same calendar date (or the last day of the month if that date does not exist), using the payment method you provided.
The price and frequency shown at checkout are the price and frequency you will be charged. The amount will never be more than $39.95 per month unless we have told you about a price change in advance (see section 7).
Membership continues until you cancel. There is no minimum number of months.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Charges appear on your card statement as AMORSAMPLE or AMG BRANDS LLC.
You will receive an emailed receipt for every membership charge, and each receipt includes a link to cancel.

4. Before we charge you

We email you a reminder before every renewal, so a charge is never a surprise. The reminder tells you the amount, the date, and how to cancel. If you do not see these emails, check your spam folder and add team@amorsample.com to your contacts.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling is as easy as joining — there are no cancellation fees, no retention hoops, and no phone call required. Choose whichever method you prefer:

Online: open the Manage Membership page and click Cancel membership. Cancellation is immediate and you will see an on-screen confirmation.
Email: send the word CANCEL and your order number or the email address on your account to team@amorsample.com.
Phone: call +1 (307) 533-6004.
Contact form: use the form on our Contact page with the subject "Cancel VIP".

We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancellations requested by email, phone, or contact form are processed within 1 business day and are effective as of the date you sent the request. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Your member benefits continue until the end of the month you have already paid for.

6. Refunds on membership charges

If you were charged after you cancelled, or charged in error, email us and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and have not used member pricing on any order, we will refund your first month in full.
Otherwise, membership fees for a month that has already started are not refundable, because member benefits are available immediately. We never charge for future months after you cancel.

7. Price changes

If we ever change the membership price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You can cancel at any time before then and you will never be charged the new price without that notice.

8. Pausing or updating your membership

You can update your payment method, change your billing date, or pause your membership for up to 3 months from the Manage Membership page or by emailing us. Changes requested at least 48 hours before your next billing date take effect on that cycle; later requests take effect on the following cycle.

9. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will email you and retry over the following days. If it still has not cleared, your membership and member benefits are paused until the payment method is updated. We do not charge late fees.

10. Member orders and returns

Dresses bought at member pricing are covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy — 30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. Refunds for returned items are made at the price you actually paid.

11. Ending a membership from our side

We may cancel a membership for non-payment, fraud, abuse of member pricing, or resale of member benefits. If we ever cancel without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current month.

12. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under federal law (including the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act) or the automatic-renewal and consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.
